Central location - within 10-15 mins you are by the river, and just a few minutes away from the famed Lello library and Sao Bento station . It is steps away from the Aliados metro - which is great if you are taking transit to/from the airport. The room was clean and quiet which I appreciate. I like that it is located away from the hustle and bustle of the main tourist area. Would happily stay here again.

The hotel is in a fabulous central Location. The room was great directly facing the clock. However the room was not cleaned each day. Had to wear hairnet in the pool which I did not like. Breakfast was ok. Good variety however would have preferred more hot food choices and it was like warm. Coffee beans were garbage. TV options are rubbish and no snacks available.

This hotel has been by far the best hotel I have stayed in. Friendly and helpful staff, close parking, housekeepers did a fantastic job and left a few little gifts in our room on a daily basis and the location was perfect! Loved it!!

We had an absolutely amazing stay. My fiancé and I stayed here for our elopement and we were treated so nicely. The room we had was spacious and clean. The breakfast was delicious. The bartender was great and made great cocktails. The spa was nice and the location is unbeatable. I would recommend this hotel 100%.

We had a wonderful time at Eurostars Aliados. The room was very clean and well maintained. We were upgraded to.room with a view and a balcony. We enjoyed the comfy bed and great rainfall shower. The balcony was great for having some fresh air and a glass of wine. The pool was amazing, loved relaxing after a long day of exploring. The breakfast had a vast number of options and everything was delicious. The staff was very kind and attentive. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks to all the staff for making our stay so amazing.

This is a 4 star hotel. Claims to be a 5 starts, but it has no swimming pool (has a jacuzzi a non working sauna and overheated steam room), there is no food past midnight! (they recommend you go to Macdonals down the road) toilets have slight swage smell and the sink has hot water only in the morning, shower is good tho... no direct line to reception and you can hear noise from the rooms next door. Gym has no windows, Breakfast is decent (except Sundays where they stock a lot less, for some reason) Overall, it is 4 stars. Good AC in the room, bed is confortable and good location.
