This was a hidden gem, and a most spectacular find. Tiago gave us the most wonderful welcome and many recommendations. The hotel is beautifully appointed, with a feeling of calm, right in the heart of the city. We enjoyed the Spa, hot tub, freshly cooked breakfasts to order, and most definitely the staff. Without doubt we will be back!

Friendly five star staff! All the staff we met were extremely attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and comfortable! The hotel is beautiful, clean, and professional. The spa is relaxing and the garden was beautiful. Location was also perfect- walking distance to the train station and the market.

Great location, off a quiet street but still very centrally located. Staff was exceptional and went above and beyond, starting with the check in and throughout the stay. Lovely facilities including pool and hottub. Everything was clean, comfortable bed. The only thing I'd point out was the bathroom in our room was quite small, toilet seat was a little loose. But other than that, the stay was excellent. I would stay again and recommend it to others.
