We stayed in Vincci Bonjardim for 4 nights. It was very good value, easy to get to from the airport (30-40min train a 5min walk from Trindade station) and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Location was quiet and convenient - not much on the doorstep but just a 5-15 minute walk to the centre and other places to eat and drink.

The property was beautifully decorated. Everything seemed clean and new. We wouldā€™ve loved to have had a window that opened a bit in our room. We were on the first floor.Other than that no suggestions. The staff was super helpful with securing a tour on the dull river and also getting reservations at a popular seafood restaurant.

The staff immediately welcomed us with a glass of sparkling wine and took time to go over points of interest on a map with us. Our room was clean, comfortable and functional. The breakfast for 15 euros per person was well stocked with everything we could have possibly wanted to eat. The orange juice was fresh squeezed and they had several different types of coffee available. We ate cooked to order omelets each day and they also had fried or scrambled eggs with sides of bacon and sausage. Lots of fresh fruit and yogurt was also served alongside multiple pastries.

Clean & tidy room. Staff was professional and able to answer queries. Convenient location. Wasnā€™t pleased that I was given the ground floor (same level as reception) despite asking for a higher floor in advance. Strange that only 1 bottled water was given per room (2 guests). Street parking available if required.

Mixed feelings

It was a rather obscure hotel on a side street. The room overlooked an interior yard so all you could see were other people's windows. There was a roof terrace with a bar and a small swimming pool, but it was too cold and windy in early June to enjoy it. I was badly bitten overnight and the staff promptly moved us to a different room. In general, the staff was very helpful. Good buffet breakfast. The distance to downtown was walkable, since the street ran parallel to the main avenue. Neighborhood a bit sketchy.

Staff is top of the line. Kuddos to Lucas, the parking man. The ladies at the reception were very helpful on guiding, suggestions, and prompt to help with every detail. From now on I will be staying more at Vinci Hotels around world and if ever back to Porto will definitively choose this Hotel. The breakfast experience was over the top. !

This hotel offered everything. It was beautiful, had the best breakfast in the world, walking distance to everything. The restaurant bar pool served wonderful dinners. They even has singers 2 of the nights.
