「It took more than 40 minutes to check in simply because the front desk staff printed out the wrong documents. Confirmed breakfast included upon check-in, but was declined by the restaurant the following day due to the mistake by the front desk staff - again. Not at all a pleasant experience with the front desk. Otherwise the restaurant and housekeeping staff were great.」

「This was such a wonderful stay! We were staying with our 2 year old, and everyone went out of their way to make us comfortable and even appreciated as a family with a small kid. We were upgraded to a villa, which was a lot of fun for our son. Room was spotless, the shower had amazing pressure with hot water, and the mattress was possibly one ofthe best we've laid our heads on. 「Good location, close to main sightseeing area but in quiet location, staff are very friendly, breakfast is great and delicious. Overall, good place and will stay in same hotel in next time visit.」

「It was not easy to find as there has no significant hotel name on the entrance. There has 2 or 3 staircases on the entrance which is not convenient for the customers when they have large luggage. The house-keeping team seems to be a bit careless without checking everything properly before release the room to new visitors. 」
