Very efficient & friendly. Even though I arrived after hours they sent me detailed instructions on getting me into the hotel & comfortably into my room. Room was clean had a balcony where I could sit, relax & watch the world go by.

Great service, great location. The staff were very friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived to the morning we left. The street this hotel is located is full of food and drink establishments, ranging from upscale boutique restaurants to more casual eateries. Great place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay. The location was very convenient to the Trindade Station on the Porto E Metro Line. Just two blocks away. There are restaurants in the area as well as a Mini Mercado. Great breakfast. The staff was invaluable in all aspects, including recommendations on what to do in Porto and connections to a great Duro Valley tour company. Room B was amazing.

Perfect place to stay to explore Porto. Staff are excellent and incredibly helpful. Only complaint, and I still give 5 stars, is that it can get loud in the early hours of the weekend if your room faces the street as many people take this route back from the bars/clubs.

Boutique hotel with very attentive staff. Bruno in particular was excellent and showed us various local sites and recommendations. Accommodation is a 5 minute walk from Trinidade station which is served by the metro from the airport at just over €2 per person. Breakfast is good and very relaxed feel at the property. Would highly recommend.

The staff were very nice, helpful, and accommodating and the room was lovely and spacious. Breakfast was also nice as well, bread, meats, pastries and staff will ask if you require eggs which they will cook there and then. The location was great. Not too far from local bars and restaurants, roughly about 20/30 minutes walk from the river and a train station about 10 minutes if you wanted to explore the beach etc. Overall would book again.

Stayed in room "D". Exactly as shown in the picture - high vaulted ceiling, balcony looking into the courtyard, very spacious. Clean rooms & bathroom. Excellent location - could walk to metro station & ribeira district. Tons of restaurants around. Laundromat up the road. The breakfast was amazing - made to order eggs, cold cut meats, cheeses, pastries, cereal, toast, tea/coffee, juices etc The front desk staff is super friendly & helpful. We stayed for 3 nights and absolutely loved it.

While the room was OK, it was in the back and just looked into the back of other buildings. Most unpleasant and disappointing. As well, there was a significant step down from the bathroom to the main area that has the potential to be very dangerous, especially if the room is dark. Staff were pleasant!
