「Daniela at reception was very pleasant and helpful. Cleaning staff were kind as well. This hotel was super charming and full of character. Our garden view room was lovely, including a private sunny balcony to sit on. Bedroom was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom was very clean (loved the water pressure and rainfall shower). Comfortably air conditioned. Property itself was not in a busy district but close enough to walk to bakeries and restaurants or a quick bolt ride to any...

「We arrived at the property and noted to be warm and somewhat humid inside the unit. We noticed that the unit is not blowing cold air. The fan was working well though. We contacted the responsible party. He guided me to some setting changes but, it didn't change anything. The outside street air was much cooler than inside. We left the windows open. But the street traffic noise was too loud and flies and bugs kept flying inside. We could not sleep much. They should not rent the unit if this...

Bit disappointed no breakfast available, even though we saw reviews on this and seeing some people eating it the next morning. Good location, most places within walking distance. 「What a find! This was a truly excellent place to stay in Porto. Really well positioned, everything was within walking distance. The room was absolutely gorgeous, and huge. I will be recommending this hotel to anyone travelling to...
