This boutique hotel is beautiful and the staff are so welcoming and friendly. We loved our room which was very spacious and had a great view. We also loved the breakfast delivered to our room each morning. The hotel’s location is perfect and near lots of shops. It’s a short walk to the river as well. It was great value for money the money and we would certainly recommend it. Thank you to all the staff at the hotel who were all so welcoming and helpful.

Fantastic location. Very warm, welcoming and helpful staff, on arrival and throughout the stay. Room was clean and comfortable, although quite small, especially when breakfast is taken in the room. However, this would not put me off staying here again.

My favorite thing about this hotel was the staff! They were so kind and helpful, always friendly when we came in or left. The location was excellent, the only thing that was difficult was all the stairs! There is a set of stairs to get to reception, then depending on your room location, more stairs to get there (but the staff helped us carry the big bags to and from our room, which was awesome). Rooms were clean, and the bathroom/room set up was nice.

It was a nice and safe property in Porto. Very convenient to walk around to scenic points. The breakfast is excellent with choices. I like the freshly squeezed orange juice so much. Room service breakfast is very good and convenient to us.

Be sure you know about the stairs, but if you have the mindset that you’re just gonna deal with them, the place is amazing! The friendliest people, the best breakfast and very comfortable beds. The location cannot be beat, and it is close to great food, shopping, and all the tourist things.

Wonderful place. Friendly and helpful staff, great location and it was nice they offered breakfast to your room in the morning and snacks available in the common areas. I would stay here again.

Great hotel in a excellent location for exploring all the main sights of Porto. Nearest Metro station an easy walk away, plenty of shops on the doorstep and a straightforward journey back to the airport from the city. Staff were very friendly and the service was great. The hotel was very clean, the facilities were excellent and we found our room to be very peaceful despite the bustling street outside. We had a wonderful 4 night stay.

Another great experience staying in Europe! The staff were very nice from the start. They made excellent use of limited space, especially the coffee and snack station on each floor, which was both eye-opening and unique. We really loved how clean and well-organized everything was. I still give it 5 stars, even though I later realized we stayed in a smaller room than the one I originally booked and that there was no elevator. I guess I’ve been a bit spoiled and just assumed all European properties had elevators!
