Really comfy little studio-like room with small kitchenette and lovely terrace. Very clean and modern. My only slightly negative point would be the later than usual check in time, but a staff member was happy for me to leave my bag. Would recommend and would definitely stay again.

Well located

We stayed 5 nights. Easy check-in and check-out, well located and very close to the city center (we did quite all our visits by foot). Our room was small with no window on the outside but with a view of the staircase. Negative point: bathroom seals need to be renewed and the soundproofing in the room was not great. Not sure I will book this hotel during summer time: I guess it could be very noisy

The room was well designed for travelers. With all the amenities, little fridge, microwave, small stove, air conditioning. It was great, no frills, fully functional place. There is no parking, but plenty of parking nearby for 10€, we loved the location, next to eating and from reasonable walking distance to Santa Catarina street, and other attractions

Excellent on the details too

I loved to stay here, everything is automatic, no key or reception. Very safe area near everything. Discount in parking. The room was very clean and beautiful. Everything worked. Kitchen well equipped, free toiletries and tea. Great service.

The hotel is in a very good location. We were 3 so got the third floor with no lift. Shower stream wasn’t that good. Overall had a good stay, Communication was only through sms message and couldn’t really speak to someone face to face.

You can hear a lot of noise from the hall way. The lobby smelled damp, maybe moldy. Placed the sign to clean the room and it took 2 days before they cleaned it. Told staff to change the sheet, but they still did not, because, as they said, the sheets looked clean. Overall the room is acceptable, but noisy when there are people in the hallway/on the stairs. Cleaning service was bad, but customer service was always available and tried to be helpful.

Lovely place for a short stay

Lovely stay and apartment in a great location. The balcony furniture would benefit from being renewed, it didn’t look very strong. There were also 4 of us staying but only 2 plates and limited kitchen items. It didn’t matter too much for us as we mostly ate out.

The room was like a black, small hole. No windows, no airing, no ventilation. On the other hand, lots of mold in the bathroom. Far from what the photo promised. Horrible experience.

Very dirty rooms

We have hooked four rooms and all rooms are very unhygienic. When we entered the rooms, there were still hairs on bedsheets, bathroom floors and toilet seat. The duvet covers and pillow cases have stains on them. The floor almost felt like the have forgotten to sweep or vacumn. There’s cobwebs on the ceiling that does not seem like it was there for more than a few days. Bathrooms have moulded and discoloured silicon throughout, you really don’t want to step on it. The check in was done online a few months prior the day of arrival and we still have not received the codes on the day so we had to be let in by other guests, trying to phone up the contact number provided and get the access code to the room.

Unfortunately they don't have elevator. You need to drag your luggage to upper floors. Not recomended if you bring several luggage units or age don't allow you to climg stairs. They should have those notices in hotel info.

No Wifi, just ok for a quick visit.

Hello, I stayed for just one night. We didnt have WIFI during our stay a as there is no reception there is no one able to help. I reach them by whatsapp as they suggest in their Hotel but they just told be technical issues. When trying to do the check out also same issue. In general hotel is OK but keep in mind there is no elevator and with big luggage can be challenging if you need to be in the 3rd floor. Ok is well located
