「When we got to the room and opened the door, there was a sour smell. The room wasn’t very big, and when we asked to change rooms, they told us there were none available. 「Check in stated 4 pm and then I got a text saying it would be delayed to 4:30- we arrived at 4:50 and the room was still being cleaned. Almost everything in the room was broken- shower handles, the couch-bed, AC, and more. the code to our room was the same as the one given to all customers for the front door so it felt unsafe, like anyone could come in. it was loud outside and sometimes really cold.
