"This is a luxury property, and the pricing reflects that. The very high expenses in this area of the country (e.g., gas, food) drives the high cost of the property. Also a factor is the investment and upkeep of the 2,200 acres of private and well-maintained property.
The 2-hour UTV tour of the property was excellent. The food is exquisite, much of it locally sourced."
