「The staff were not very nice but I enjoyed the room and the people that we met at the resort. It was very clean and had a good vibe. It's relaxing and still close to the downtown area. I went during carnival season so maybe the staff were overworked but I saw a staff member continue to stare at her phone when a guest was asking a question. There was just a level of rudeness that did not even happen to me that was unnecessary. I would still go back though because it attracts a crowd of really...
