"The room was good, very large room, and super clean. However, lack of elevators made it painful for me. Staff were very good, however one of the staff members recommended me a driver to take us to Marigot (the ferry ticket office). The staff member told me the driver (Alex) is a reliable person. The driver was supposed to pick us up at 7:00 am from the hotel, and he never came. He did not even pick up his phone despite calling him more than 6 times. "We truly enjoyed our stay at Princess Heights. The hotel was very clean and well kept. We had a broken microwave and when we called about it, it was switched out the next day. It was sometimes difficult to get in contact with the staff being that they usually left right after 5pm. I also would recommend, using taxis if staying at this hotels. The mountains and hills getting up to the resort are no joke. Overall, it was a great stay."
