「Room was clean and bed comfortable. The place looked fresh, appeared recently redone. Heads up: a damage deposit of $50 in cash is required, credit card not accepted for damage deposit. So, if you don’t have $50 in cash, you will not be able to rent a room. And, when you check out, you have to wait while the manager goes to the room and makes sure there is no damage. 」

「I loved how clean the rooms were and the property is literally free and very well taken care of. The staff were kind and very friendly and helpful. 「Everything was good. We did have a fire alarm go off and had to evacuate and they were experiencing a leak in the lobby, but the room was clean, comfortable, and quiet.」

「Probably one of the cleanest motels I’ve ever stayed in. The pool is open until 9 during the summer and you can barely hear the other rooms near you. I usually prefer hotels but I would love to stay here again next time we’re doing a Busch gardens weekend 」
