「Great location for a visit to family. Entire staff was friendly and helpful. My room was small, but really just right for a visit, good storage and lighting. Very close to the railroad tracks, but I never heard a thing. The restaurant was opening the day after I left so I can’t comment but I did see the space and it’s just beautiful. The restaurant still managed to serve breakfast and that worked out just fine. I strongly recommend Voco Astoria. 」

「The hotel is good and reasonably well maintained. Close enough to Subway stations going into Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens. Neighbourhoods can be a bit rough but I feel safe. 」

「It’s a nice place to stay. The big bed room size is good, not too big nor too small. The front desk staff is friendly, and everywhere is pretty clean. The only suggestion is that the table by the bed cannot get a good light in evening, it’s a little dim if sitting to eat or write something. But overall is nice.」
