「Breakfast was easy and good. The outdoor walkway to the beach was perfect and had a rinse off station. It had everything basic you could need. It’s walkable and has easy parking!」

「Absolutely loved this location. I have never stayed here before and took a chance and it was so nice. Beautiful grounds and nice quiet atmosphere. The breakfast pass at the Dunes was amazing. The only downfall is there are no elevators so if you are on the 3rd floor (like we were) you have to climb the stairs, which wasn't a problem for us but may be for some people. Definitely would stay there again.」

「Breakfast is good. Room wasnt cleaned properly at all hair everywhere. Toilet had to be plunged about every use the hotel was of no help they came and plunged it once and said well it will go down eventually it was absolutely terrible had to go to the lobby a few times. Had other peoples stuff still in dresser. Im absolutely not happy at all with this experience and I have been coming here this was our 7 yr in a row and have never had issues. 「The rooms were nice and clean, plenty of towels, pillows, and blankets provided even pool towels made it very nice and efficient. Although we did have one staff member and older lady was not very pleasant at any day. Very rude seem to be angry all the time.」

「I’ve stayed here every year for a while now.. I love the people, the location… I love that it’s not all fixed up. However, the giant holes/dents in the walls could use some patching … there could definitely be some upgrades (pull out couches). But overall, it’s always a peaceful place to stay and I’ve never had anything happen in the years I’ve stayed here.」
