Great! Much nicer than we needed for a place to sleep before we got on the ferry to Ocracoke in the morning - but it was a great price so we couldn’t pass it up! Would stay here again.

Sliding glass door would not lock, so not secure. Reported and did fix. AC did not cool in front of villa. Humidifier in use. Strong old, musty smell. AC in bedroom did cool. Down blanket too warm for September and no other blanket available. Kitchen with one spoon and one table knife. Pots pans limited and some in poor condition. Would not recommend!

No one to greet us upon arrival, saw very few staff. Clean room, lots of shops nearby. Great kitchen, pleased with the room, enjoyed my stay.

Was clean, had supplies for kitchen, and was very nice inside, but staff were hard to reach. Had to reach out 3 times to get an answer for our AC being broken in our room just to receive an answer. Communication was poor

The location was amazing! If you want a totally relaxing experience with little people this is the place to visit! Nice little shops and the best coffee and ice cream next door! Pros: very clean with full kitchen and living room. Reasonably priced Cons: the furniture was really worn out! Bed was so uncomfortable! Make sure you have your door codes prior arrival Room was 111! I noticed that some of the other rooms appeared to have new furniture.

The view was great and we enjoyed dining/sitting on the small balcany as we watched the charter boats and ferries come and go. Clean, well equipped, and walking distance to shops. We would stay here in this unit again

I would have given a total of 5 stars, but the only thing that prevented that was the beds. The beds in my opinion were super uncomfortable. Location is perfect, the room was indeed clean, the pool was nice but the beds could definitely be more comfortable and the bed frame is self was kind of wobbly and loose such as the coffee table as well. The “front office” seemed like a ghost town I’m not sure who “the staff” really were. With that being said I paid $645 for 2 nights which isn’t hateful. Scolding 3 of 5 stars.

The property was great, clean and reasonably priced. We didn’t receive the check in instructions with the code and the office closed before their advertised hours so that was a bit challenging. Overall great stay.

Conveniently located near museum, ferry terminal and Hatteras Landing shops and cafes. Nice property. Clean, comfortable. No view, a bit dark due to few windows.

It was everything it stated online. Very clean, I can’t say enough about how pleasantly surprised I was when we arrived. We booked kinda last minute and it was affordable and lately we have traveled and stayed at different places all to be disappointed. I would love to stay again!

Ok…So…getting in was EXTREMELY frustrating! The door would NOT open, key pad did not function, very corroded. Took several attempts to communicate with facility. Most fortunately, wonderful resident 2 doors away helped us with getting attention. Once in, the musty smell was overwhelming. Dehumidifier was non functional. Though we contacted Kees Rental, though very polite, it was not resolved. I completely understand the conditions on the island. Granted, I can be difficult. I’ve been going to the island for 66 yrs. All of that said, the facility is well equipped, otherwise clean, bed comfortable, pool excellent! With a little TLC, this could be a gem rental unit.
