"The breakfast was the same every single day. On the 3rd day, i was feeling sick of it already. "

"We didn’t realize that “vacation club” meant it was an opportunity for the “welcome center” to badger guests into scheduling a tour for essentially a “timeshare”. "

"It was okay/good, but exactly what we paid for or maybe better. I was a little worried with how low the price was, but it ended up being very clean with comfy beds, pleasant atmosphere with onsite food options and activities. Not sure what consitutes the different levels of stars but I've stayed in worse 4 star hotels. "

"I had a great experience there until it was time to leave and get my security deposit back. They didn’t return all my funds and claimed that I had ordered some food to the room which I had not. I kept explaining to the lady at the front desk that I didn’t order anything so there had to be some kind of mistake or something, but she just kept repeating to me that I ordered food to the room. In the end I was very frustrated, but just decided to leave it alone because I had a plane to catch and it was only like $20."

"Our room was extremely dirty upon check in. Granted we were in a dog friendly room, but it truly looked like the room was never turned around. There were black stains in the shower. The first night we were exhausted so all slept on top of the comforter. On the second night we pulled up the blankets and the sheets had nasty soil stains. I called the office and it took over an hour for clean sweets. With that being said I was told I was responsible for flipping the bed. I travel for work and have never had to make my own beds before at a hotel."
