"The room was so beautiful. I love the way they laid out the pajamas on the bed ready for you to wear. The staff were incredibly helpful. I love the breakfast buffet downstairs. We also loved the Luz leaf tea at the bar. We love doing that every night. There was a laundry room on the floor where we were staying on the 21st floor. The staff were very polite."
