"The good:
The air conditioner is a strong one. It keeps the room cool (with curtain drawn) even under July heat wave. Big shower room with bathtub is very good. Close to the yodobashi station, which is a plus. Have airport shuttle bus right downstairs makes getting to the airport very convenient.
The windowed observation level on 16th is a good place for a good view from high up.
Laundry room has enough machine and is very well monitored. Really appreciates the hotel actively monitor and remove clothes left idle too long to make room for others.
The not so good:
Door to the toilet room is very tight, barely able to close and open with me inside. Same goe for the the toilet room throughout the facility.
Noisy at times, not from neighbors but from extremely loud (Harley division level) bike and certain cars that like to roam the area late t night. It over powered the tv sound and I stayed on 27th floor, not sure if it would be worst lower level."
