"The air conditioning mostly worked but you had to leave it on all day but it's Florida. So what do you expect? There were cockroaches there was mold on the curtains. There was mold in the bathtub. The sheets were soiled the mattresses were soiled. We had to buy our own sheets and pillows. The floors were disgusting. We were forced to stay in a hotel that we didn't even book because the original booking had closed. We were forced to pay a price that we had already paid because that was the note that was left by the manager. I won't be staying here again. I don't blame hotels.com but there was definitely some sort of communication issue between hotels.com and the hotel itself. Like I said, I had to pay twice"
