「There was a weird atmosphere and very unprofessional. I have stayed in holiday inn express for over 20 years traveling and go there for constant clean beautiful hotels but this was a 2 out of 10! Don’t stay here!」

「I was impressed with the hotel-location to beach, pool, parking and easy check in. It is an older hotel that’s been remodeled and you couldn’t beat the price」

「The only complaint I have is that the bathroom doesn't have safety bar for the elderly. I had to hold my 93 yr. old mother while taking a shower. She was very scared of falling.」

「The pictures and description online of this studio depicted nothing of what it actually was in reality. Seedy, shabby and rundown studio. The television did not function properly and there we no pillows for the bed. We stayed one night only, instead of the four, which we paid for. Couldn’t wait to get out of there !! Do not recommend it !!…..」

「We checked in by just giving the clerk at desk our name and our reservation was pulled up. Nothing else and we got a key. Usually you fill out some paperwork such as car tag number and give them our driver's license. The good thing was we got to check in earlier than 3:00 pm. Restaurant was great. Place is old so it came with good things and a few maintenance issues. Would have been great if we had at least a coffee make in room or down in lobby. Great location. Felt like you were in a...

「Mi estancia fue de dos dias , el a/c no funciona en todo el hotel . En los cuartos la temperatura es termino medio no la que deseas para dormir . Personal no hay solo cuando llegue una persona de un aspecto no muy agradable fue la encargada de mi resrvacion . El anucio te ofrece desayuno ,,; totalmente engano nadq fresco nada de buen sabor todo lo poco q hay malisima calidad . 「The room was clean, the room was very cute and spacious . I loved the view and the amenities. The downside was that my phone didn’t work in the room to call reception, the receptionist was rude, no one helped me with obtaining a luggage carrier. I had to go find one in the side of the building by myself. You have to go downstairs and replenish your own towels and shampoo conditioner body bar. On top of this you have to clean your own room so no room service at all. The windows are in fact not...

「I love the courtyard in the middle, it’s great for the dogs to run around and play outside.The staff are so friendly and helpful. They are always willing to help and I am very grateful for their support. The rooms are always so clean and never see any bugs thank goodness! Very quiet and laid back property. Family and pet friendly. However the only thing that I don’t like is the pet fee of having to pay $20/day. It gets to be expensive.」

「This was a nightmare. The entire hotel is infested with cockroaches. The maid service was totally incompetent. We had to assist when and if we caught a cleaning lady and sweep our own floors and make our beds and ask multiple times for linens and bed sheets. No mops. No wiping of anything. I wanted a refund immediately but was told there was nothing we could do because we went through expedia. Tried to contact expedia and there are no humans to talk to. We paid ahead for 11 nights.
