「Great location. Clean!」

「The building , as a whole, needs a complete overhaul. Leaking hallway ceiling ( with a bucket) right outside our door. Cracked stairway tiles and doors to rooms have seen better days. However, the room was fine, great view, Murphy bed, bathroom was clean. It was fine for one night. 」

「Property is new and well maintained. Alana at the front desk was super helpful! Flagler Beach is a sleepy town but with construction on the beach it isnt the prettiest The price did not fit the location. Weekdays are better and more appropriate rates」

「the place is a little old but they are remolding. the secret of this place is the restaurant. best sea food on the island」

「The hotel, overall, was decent. They were rebuilding the pool area and it could be noisy at times. I was disappointed that we stayed in the South Tower and had to walk across the parking lot and through the other building to get to the beach. I was also disappointed that our view was the construction area instead of the ocean.」

「The room was clean, the breakfast wasn’t great but it was a full breakfast spread, the upkeep of the hotel could have been a bit better but nothing horrible. Beds were very comfortable. The access to the beach was excellent, literally right on the beach. I would stay again.」

「Starting with the positive, I would stay there again for sure. For the rate, The View and location were both amazing. We were on the 7th floor with the big room. The hotel is pet friendly with a great rate. I would like to recognize Kiki and Derek. My mom had an accident on the beach on Monday after having shoulder surgery just a month ago. 「The thing I had a problem with was the fact I had to take my trash to the dumpster. As much as I paid for this I see no reason I couldn’t have left it outside the door or even in the room. 😢」

「Be carefully with the deposit, they ask $100 and you need a fisical card. Almost a month and no deposit refund! Terrible, after receiving it I’ll be back for a ordinary review」
