"Hotel was nicely appointed and I enjoyed the vibe with bright colors and a mid century modern feel. Food was good. Valet parking only but the team fetched the car quickly each time. Only thing I wish it had was a hot tub….pool is shady in the afternoon and feels cool. Stayed with my 13-year old daughter for a girls weekend."

"The property was clean and the staff was always present at the desk. The hotel was clean and you had some breakfast options that we’re good Big problem was no sleep the entire weekend. We were kept awake by constant dripping from the what we were told AC unit in the roof of the room. We took numerous videos of it throughout the night on both nights. We inquired in the middle of the night about the dripping, and if there was another room or can they stop it. , We were told 7am maintenance would be on and they will take care of it. Got a call finally at 11a sat. Desk was pleasant and apologetic/ Told us if we wanted to move rooms cause maintenance Couldn’t do nothing about the dripping. It would have to be by one or 130. We were on a campus tour and there’s no way we would’ve made it back until 330. We were given no other option we stayed in the room again Saturday night took more videos of the dripping and sleep was off and on for all of us. Drive home today 12 hrs. No sleep. Blah’ This seems to be a common issue. Have not heard from office "

"Really lovely hotel. Ocean view was nice. The hotel is about 5 streets away from the ocean, but it was visible and a nice view. If you planned to walk to the Santa Monica Pier - it about a 25 mins walk. Also, we did luck out and find street parking on a smaller side street, saving us $50 U.S! I’d stay there for sure. Very clean and chic. "

"Great Hotel located right on the beach with excellent bars and restaurants. The rooms are very spacious and well designed. Very comfortable beds. My room was on the street and was very noisy with no double glazed windows. "

"My room was not at all as pictured on expedia and or the website. Outdated, dirty tile floor, TINY corner tiled shower from the 70s. No in room safe. Window mounted AC unit which was dysfunctional. Bed was comfortable. Parking lot was terrible. Check in staff was friendly, check out staff rude. Requested late checkout and was given 15 mins, or $200 USD for 1/2 day. Prime location, walking distance to pier, beach, dining, shopping. "
