「I stayed at the SpringHill Suites Orange Beach from April 2–5 and was very disappointed. Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly, which I appreciated. However, the cleanliness was unacceptable. Our first room had stained sheets and duvets, a dirty shower curtain, unswept floors, and residue on the wall near the towel area. Basic items like soap were missing. I attempted to cancel through Expedia, but the hotel declined and instead offered a room change. The next day, I was moved, but the...

「The Lodge is a great beachfront property at the Gulf Shores. There is beach access, the Gulf Shores downtown is just 5 mins away and there are great restaurants on site. The customer service at this hotel Is excellent. All our requests incl microwave and cleaning were met promptly. 」

「it's a great place to stay- one of my complaints is the elevators are very slow. Also this time, we noticed that the coffee machines have been taken out of the rooms. So if you want coffee, you have to go to lobby and pay for it. 」

「We did not have an ocean view, but that was ok because we were only in our room to sleep. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the omelets each morning that were cooked to order. The only thing we did not like is that the whole hotel smelled like onions, but perhaps that was the trade-off for ready to order omelets? 」

「This is an excellent location for a get away: a gorgeous view with beachfront rooms beckons you. The suites are super roomy, and your dog is welcome. Check out the Tiki Bar for fruity cocktails and local beer. If you plan to eat breakfast, go down early. Quantities run low after 9 am. If I could suggest anything it would be this - provide sandwich selections in the afternoon for those who don’t want to leave the beach to grab a bite.」

「Everything was perfect, from the staff to the indoor pool! The indoor pool was the highlight of the stay for my children and I absolutely loved Ms. Julie and Zach! They were extremely kind and very professional! Our room was clean and had just what we needed for our 4 children, they loved the bunk beds as well! We will definitely book here for our next trip!」

「Staff were kind and helpful. The overall experience was good. The only complaints I have are that the lazy river/pool was not heated as described and was actually quite cold and the rooms were not the cleanest. The common areas of the hotel were clean looking and the important parts of our room such as bed and shower were clean but the room was dirty in general. Less important areas such as doors and walls appeared like they had not been wiped in quite some time. We still had a good experience...

「The balcony was my favorite part! Gulf view and directly over the pool. The balcony had a liu ge chair and a full table with 6 chairs. So you can absolutely have dinner with your family on the balcony. Two pools outside and and a large indoor pool with a hot tub. The condo was big enough for our large family. 」

「The house was perfect for our group! With a group of teenagers coming with us the game room was a hit. Everything looked great when we got there and was a perfect location for what we were in the area for. (Youth ministry conference over at the Wharf). We really enjoyed ourselves while staying at this house.」

「This property is immaculate! Bedrooms are HUGE and open space of kitchen and great room is an EXCELLENT gathering area...and at the back of the house - so no outside disturbances. Great location to navigate both Orange Beach and Gulf Shores along with inland communities. Although we had some challenges with the internet; service staff was extremely helpful (over a holiday) and rectified the situation in a timely manner. HIGHLY recommend this property. 」
