「Sooo beautiful 」

「Misleading photos. There is no beach that is advertised . The beach club is a separate property, 5 min drive away, old.. not well maintained and at an extra cost with an advanced reservation required. The hotel itself is clean and rooms are new. Hotel’s pools are nice. But the service is poor.. service wait times at restaurants .. not a 5 star service for sure」

「Das renovierte Zimmer war super sauber und recht modern. Das beste die Klimaanlage. Personal war immer recht freundlich und bemüht. Frühstück sehr sehr einfach, aber gut. Das beste war der direkte Zugang zum See. Liegen waren auch gut zu bekommen. Es geht zwar an den Liegen am See ein öffentlicher Weg vorbei, das aber kaum ein Problem ist. Was besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass das Hotel mega Hundefreundlich ist. Man kann den Hund zum Essen und direkt an die Liegen an den See mitnehmen. Tolles...

「I had a very disappointing stay at Best Western Hotel Bellevue Au Lac. The room was nothing like the photos on the website — outdated, worn, and clearly misrepresented. The facilities are old and poorly maintained. Even worse, we experienced discrimination from staff at breakfast. We queued before another couple, but the waiter ignored us and then claimed there were no indoor tables, forcing us into a cold, semi-outdoor area. 「Everything about our stay from the staff, to the property, to the room to the incredible views was everything we could have wanted and more. The family that owns the hotel also staff it.
