「The facilities needed to be renew, toilet seat was not fit to the toilet bowl, bed was too soft for me. We can hear people talking downstairs or walking outside. That's fine to stay 1 night.」

「Blue Piano is a wonderful place to stay in Birmingham and I would personally recommend it to anybody who is considering a trip to Birmingham! The staff are hospitable, accomodating and kind! We really enjoyed our stay and would love to return.」

「A last minute booking at this small out of the way historic inn. It was busy at the bar where we checked in so a short wait. Room was basic but well appointed, bed super comfy, shower was hot, tea and coffee in room. Self serve continental breakfast in a dining room was great. Food in the restaurant was amazing and beautifully presented. Set in a small town with adjoining farmland. Close the Hampton Court Castle and gardens.」

「Convenient location, fair price」

「Lovely friendly staff. Generally the facilities are good with the exception of the work area. The desk is fixed to the wall which is fine but it's very poor quality, in 2 of the 3 rooms that I've stayed in the desk is cracked and ready to break. There is also a stool to sit on and again very poor quality and uncomfortable to sit on. I've stayed in single rooms and am satisfied with the rest of the facilities in the room. 「Nous avons adoré ce pub. Nous y avons pris un verre, nous y avons diné, nous y avons logé pour une nuit. Tout était parfait ! Le petit déjeuner était délicieux avec un large choix de formules. L'accueil était royal, notre hôte s'est montrée très accueillante et aux petits soins. Enfin, Ledbury est un très joli village so british. Nous y retournerons probablement !」
