「The hotel's website said there was "self parking" available. What this means is that you pay $30 per night at a lot across the street from the hotel. The infuriated me. In addition, there was NOTHING in the room about guest services, checkout time, room service, menu for the on-site restaurant, not a shred of information about restaurants or other places to visit nearby. That is useful information to me. It almost felt like the hotel was run by robots.」

「I was able to still check in after the worst experience of the days inn the customer service was great. The state was wonderful. Bear was comfortable felt like he was at home. It was very convenient for us. I appreciate you. I love the fact that you were willing to still check in at the late hour that I checked in, the guy was still helpful and friendly. 「Had an overnight stay and the Spark was a nice, clean, and comfortable hotel and the room was clean and beds were comfortable. Definitely will stay again when traveling the I95 corridor.」
