「Locating the hotel was a problem. Better signage would help. Sitting in the adjacent parking lot, we saw several illuminated signs, but nothing indicating the hotel was around the corner. Also, reviews mentioned available sandwiches in “The Market”, which turned out to be an empty refrigerator cooler when we arrived at 9:15 PM. The best feature of our stay was a comfortable bed for a good night’s sleep.」

「The room was clean. Staff was polite and attentive to my needs. The breakfast time should be extended to 10am. Parking was fine . Overall pleasant stay」

「Our stay was decent overall. My only real complaints were the TV not working in our original room, which required us to change rooms, and later having our room key unexpectedly stop working. The staff was very apologetic throughout and even upgraded us to a suite, which we truly appreciated. The two issues I had were that the shower curtain allowed water to cover the bathroom floor outside of the shower and the keyless entrance to the room didn't work very well. I had to try the keyless entrance to the room several times to open the door every time I wanted to enter the room. Also having to drive to the location where the continental breakfast and pool were is very inconvenient.」
