「Great spot to stay near Venice beaches. The beds were not that comfortable but everything else was great. Nice pool and cool layout.」

「The hotel was clean and the location was perfect, close to everything. The breakfast was very short, but for the price was ok.」

「Checking was quick and easy. Tim (desk manager) was so great. He was professional, polite and provided useful information for my stay. My room, was clean, spacious and wonderfully air conditioned. The breakfast buffet was delicious, seating outdoors and near the pool made it extra enjoyable.」

「I stayed here for a Nursing class for a week in at the end of June and all was good until the las two days. There was a sports team of teenagers that checked in that were extremely loud the whole time they were there. Running up and down the halls, slamming doors, and yelling until 1 o'clock in the morning each day. I called and complained a few times and the staff stated that they informed the parents and coach however nothing changed. I had to leave a day early because a lack of sleep.」

「The pillow cases and bedsheets had hair on them. Duvet had a hole from a cigarette burn on it. The staff did offer a different room but the new room still had the same issue with cleanliness.」

「This is an old hotel that needs a lot of cleaning, both inside the rooms and around the property. It is definitely not a family-friendly hotel. There was a strong smell of marijuana throughout the building.」

「We absolutely love this hotel. Very clean, very close to the beautiful Venice beach . They provided beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach towels. The water fill station was great! Didn’t have to buy any water! Breakfast was good, always fresh fruit, pastries , muffins , cereals excellent coffee and different juices. The staff was exceptionally nice and attentive ! Will definately be returning as soon as we can! 5 stars for sure!!!」

「The stay was exactly what i wanted. I was close to everything that I needed. Pool was clean and plenty of seating. The room was super spacious and clean, also the free breakfast was just great. The only downside was that for some reason the room (312) was causing severe allergies for us so bad that my daughter had an asthma attack.」
