「Hotel staff were wonderful and friendly. Breakfast was lovely. Loved having coffee sachets and biscuits in the room. Best bit was a bar of posh delicious chocolate in the room. And fresh milk on demand. Wonderful hotel. Thank you. Only downside was that the room was very hot and the little fan didn’t help much. Evening meal was delicious and so was breakfast. Thank you. We will be back. 」

「It's good to have a pantry equipped with microwave / oven, so we can prepare simple meals and need not dine-out everyday. Nice to have croissants provided by the hotel at the lobby every morning. Also a machine to provide chocolate / latte / cappuccino all day.」

「Das Personal war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Tolle Anbindung an Zug und U-Bahn. Leckeres Frühstück.」

「We stayed here for one night whilst visiting family. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The dinner was delicious and very reasonably priced. The bedrooms were comfortable with large comfy bed and lovely shower room. Breakfast was first class. We are seasoned travellers and it is possibly one of the best hotels we have stayed in for the price.」

「Friendly and helpful staff, good value for money in the expensive London. Transportation to the city centre is just around the corner. There is no elevator in the building and may be difficult to carry your luggages to the 2/F through the narrow staircase.」
