"We were on a walking holiday, so this was a welcome stop. Although the room was small, it was well appointed, though the shower could have been cleaner. Unfortunately, a gas issue meant there was no hot dinner service. The manager did a great job of rustling up cold cuts, and we weren’t charged, which was appreciated. There was also no hot water in the morning, but the breakfast they were able to provide was still welcome."

"Beautiful location. Hotel felt past its prime, certainly for the price. I think you would get better deal booking direct with hotel as i had to pay extra to use the spa and breakfast, which not made clear until we were sat down for breakfast. Would be unlikely to retirn"

"We had a lovely time and the staff are amazing - each one we met was incredibly kind and attentive and friendly. The food and drinks are excellent and the location is great - Chipping Campden is well worth a visit. The hotel is very much its 3 and a half stars - it's not as luxurious as its own website lead us to believe. And it's promoted as somewhere to relax and do nothing in any of its lounges, which is exactly what we needed, but they were always full of people, children and dogs. Our Manor House room was fine with a wonderful view but the bathroom was tired - it was not worth what we paid, which was a lot for what we got. Despite providing the hotel with information in advance to save time checking in - as requested - we still had to give all the same information on arrival. "

"Weren't to a local wedding, needed a room and bed for the night. The hotel was great with a night porter and a decent bed. Breakfast the next morning was first class."

"The staff were polite and friendly, especially the young lady who ran through our room facilities. The car park at the rear was a bonus to be off the main road. The room was generally very clean, just some stains on part of the showers grout and dust behind the bed. The room was warm and comfortable with a set of drawers as a wardrobe wouldn't fit. Breakfast was excellent with locally sourced produce and the jam and marmalade made on the premises. The Tea Rooms are in the centre of Chipping Campden with shops, bars and restaurants in walking distance. "

"I last stayed here in 2016 and sadly it has since got a bit tired. Public areas, stair wells etc could do with some TLC and like so many hotels staffing seems stretched. Room 8 was uncomfortably warm even with the windows open and floor fan on. The Spa facility is at another establishment and attracts a £10pp fee so photos are rather misleading. Restaurant was very good with excellent staff. On site parking was limited and pretty tight but managed to find a space. Overall I enjoyed my stay, staff were friendly and did their best but some investment is needed to lift the Noel Arms back to its former glory"

"The staff were very friendly on arrival however there were some miscommunication and we were left for half an hour waiting to be checked in whilst we were missing the wedding which we questioned, the room was okay, quite small and basic but no issues, unfortunately there were skid marks in the toilet from someone else which then made us question the cleanliness, the light had a sensor in the bathroom and it kept going on and off during the night making a clicking noise which was quite annoying. "
