What kind of hotel puts a fitness room on the second floor when customers are asleep under the fitness center and slamming the lights all over at 6am in the morning. I will never stay at this hotel ever again. I want my refund"

"Great staff! Our room was above the bowling alley, and the noise didn’t stop until 1:30 am😳 The earplugs in the room should have given us a heads up. The restaurant on site was delicious & so fun! Great menu selection. Drinks were small and pricy but good. "
