「Reception staff were very welcoming, friendly and most importantly their smiles seemed genuine. Instructions for the basement car parking was made very clear. Note to management: give the girls a nicer uniform, make it modern and get rid of the grey colour. The girls smiles made up for the dull uniform. The first room I was allocated, was clean but the bathroom door was not hung well. This created a wide gap between the wall and door whereby personal privacy in the bathroo was an issue....

「I was asked if I wanted red or white wine upon check in, later on when I didn’t receive any in the room, I told one of the front desk members about it and he assured me that they would send one up. By the time I checked out I still had not received the free bottle of wine that supposedly came with the reservation. Disappointed. 」

「This stay wasn’t as good as my last as this room didn’t have a seat and table. Had I known rooms of the same standard have different layouts, I would have asked for one with a seat and small table. This room was much smaller than last time and I wondered if I’d had a first time experience that wasn’t to be repeated.」
