Had an excellent experience staying at the Crowne Plaza Auckland! The hotel is located in the heart of the city and within walking distance of most downtown attractions. There are numerous excellent restaurants and cafes within 5 to 7 minutes of the property. The staff was very courteous and wanting to make sure our stay was pleasurable.

We loved this hotel. The parking is next door. Just aim at hotel entrance and you will get there. Be aware of the tight parking spaces. The reception is on the 4th floor and all of the floors below are groceries, food courrt and some shopping The room waa big and clean and comfortable. Easy walk everywhere. I love the most how quiet it was considering location. We added parking and breakfast to the booking and it was great, worth it.

Easy check in check out service, however the elevator system was not explained. We were not the only guests who had the same experience. For travel weary guest this simple omission is a big deal.
