Every member of the staff displayed excellent customer service and a “can do” attitude. The hotel is located on Queen Street, within walking distance from many attractions such as the Sky Tower and Auckland Harbor plus many stores and restaurants.

Parking was very easy, bar and restaurant are great. Check in seamless, pleasant and informative. Beds are comfortable.
