「We had a fantastic day. The apartment is located just a short walk from Waiake Beach - in fact, you can go out the back gate, stroll past the sailing club and you’re right there. The apartment itself is presented with modern decor and has everything you need for your stay, right down to the complementary tea, coffee, Milo and cookies. Lovely outlook over the reserve, huge bed in the master bedroom, spa bath in the bathroom, great communication from our hosts… really hard to fault anything about...

Toilets are stained and every where there are cockroaches and spider webs. we had reservation for 4 nights and we could not stay in the property for few minutes also. we reached out to the property management and we got no responses and I had to find a hotel in mid night as I came into the city late. 「The house had an overall grimy dirty feel to it. Cobwebs and spiders in the corners of windows etc. lots of flies. Messy lawn and rubbish outside. House served its purpose in terms of giving us all a bed to sleep in but that’s about it. Shower head was broken. No top sheets on beds. Overall pretty gross.」

「The apartment is very clean and in a great and safe location. Everything you would need in a home away from home was provided, and instructions were very clear. It was easy to walk to the CBD.
