"This was our second stay at the Emerald Inn. We stayed last year and liked it so much that we booked again for December, but in the meantime needed a last-minute trip and decided to try them again — glad we were able to get a room. It didn’t disappoint. The room was clean and comfortable. A little kitchenette is a great bonus even though we didn’t use it, and having a coffee press in the room was a huge plus. "I have been staying here for over 5 years whenever I go to Auckland the staff are awesome rooms are clean appreciate parking covered n secure. I found I had sore neck which I thought were beds but turns out I took my own pillow and no neck pain not hard really love all the shops"
