"It's an amazing experience in the hotel. Huge space for family even with 10 people. I was so surprised by the extraordinary Outdoor/indoor Onsen, Sauna, Stone spa in the house! Everything was clean and tidy! And the check-in was so smooth and easy! The only thing not that perfect was the internet speed, which made the streaming channel (Youtube, Netflix) on TV didn't smooth enough."

"Great location and good service. But make sure you book spa treatment before arrival or else difficult to secure an appointment, the same with omakase dinner at the Japanese restaurant. "

"The staff are so very polite and helpful. They always put on a smile=) The lobby area is small but the view is really awesome! The room is with 2 stories, everything is neat and tidy, except a part of the wall was quite stained, we assumed it was from the coffee machine which was placed next to it. The signature part was the private onset bath (on the 2nd story), it was truly awesome, the tank was clean and it is very cosy! We enjoyed the facilities in the room, we wish to have spent on more night, except the toilet is separated from the shower place, which is downstairs. We were arranged to have breakfast on the 2nd floor in a compartment at the restaurant. It was really chill and full of tranquillity. We enjoyed the breakfast service so much! Highly recommend if you want to stay away from the common-large-brand-hotel, it's a star and quiet profile hotel "

"Thanks for the free upgrade to a room with private bath where with the beautiful view of river. Since it is close to the nature, insects are part of them, just get used to it. The room is spacious with wonderful blackout effect, we can't guess the time even at 1000. It is very impressive, we have completely charged for the nights. The spa is for both sex, swimming suits are required. There is free parking. I surely will come back for another relaxing trip."
