Its close proximity to Hiratsuka Station makes it easy to get around. The hotel has laundry facilities, which is very helpful, though the number of machines is limited and I had difficulty finding an available dryer in the morning. As always with this franchise, the breakfast buffet was a great way to start the day. Overall, a reliable and comfortable stay."

Nagi, Namu, Rubi... the Chef, the cleaners were TOP Notch. Stayed for 6 nights and we ordered the 7 course Kaiseki meal for 5 nights. Delicious can't even describe what we ate. We are already planning a trip back to the Ajisai. The one on one Customer Service relationship is a 10 star in our book. Domo Arigato for soothing our souls,"

"The hotel was incredibly comfortable, clean, and exactly as shown in the photos. After the hustle of Tokyo and Osaka, it was the perfect place to unwind. The room layout was thoughtful, spacious, and designed for real relaxation. The food was amazing: healthy, fresh, and beautifully prepared. The servers made a genuine effort to speak English, which was very much appreciated, and every staff member we met was warm and welcoming. The airport shuttle was a huge help, especially since the walk up to the hotel is uphill. There’s also a bus stop within about 10 minutes, though the incline varies depending on where you’re headed. Overall, I have nothing but praise. I’d happily stay here again."
