The million dollars of beautiful view from my room, although the bathroom was awkward I never see, no shower curtain, only half of the glass door, when we took a bath, water was all over the floor, we had to be very careful , the beds were very comfy. Buffets were delicious and A La carte dining was wonderful. The staffs services were excellent, we were very pleased.

I love the beautiful scenery, the wonderful activities from the karaoke, bowling, tennis/badminton, and especially the onsen. The shuttle bus from the Nebukawa station is really helpful to get to the hotel without walking about 30 minutes from the station.

The hotel was amazing and exceeded all my expectations. There was a lovely welcome and check in process, the hotel and its grounds were immaculately cared for and the facilities were outstanding and all staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying there again next time.

Very good view of Ocean from the hotel room. Breakfast facility is fantastic. Lots of choices. This Hotel has free shuttle service from both Odawara Train Station and Nebukawa Train Station. Check their Bus shuttle schedule. Relaxing environment. Great friendly staff. April 19th 2025

Had a nice view ocean. The public osen was new experience for me. I found the late night shop convenient. The arcade at the bottom floor is nice too.

The mountain view of the sea was beautiful. The room we stayed in was very nice. Very good breakfast and dinner buffet. The pool, fitness center, hot springs, and service was very good. Super relaxing in calm mountain environment. Will go again for sure in the Autumn. Super relaxing.

The staff is amazing! We stayed one night but we wished we added more days. We will definitely come back. The main factor is the staff's respect, willingness and accomodations. They are great. One if them us Halumi I think.

Amazing views, friendly service.

I chose this hotel to take my mum with walking problem. They have spacious, clean swimming center and onsen hot spring in the connected annex. Our room was on the 8th floor and had an amazing view of Sagami Bay. It suited our purpose but it is NOT a place to get about by public transport. It is isolated on the hill and their free shuttle bus runs only once every hour to Odawara. However for a quiet, relaxing few days, it was perfect for us! Breakfast had a big selection and the staff were very friendly. (Special thanks to Aziz-san!)

Hotel was clean and the pool area was great. Unfortunately, the staff were shockingly rude and distrustful of their guests, not just us but others as well. 1. One staff member chased down a (Japanese) family with small children getting ready for the onsen, all the way up to the lockers asking, "Are they wearing diapers? Diapers are not allowed!" The mom looked visibly upset to have been singled out and approached as she said no. The children also looked afraid they did something wrong. She gave a very cursory "shitsurei shimashita". I've never witnessed such direct confrontation from a hotel staff member in all my years in Japan. 2. They are also very particular about where you are and are not allowed to wear slippers. I wasn't the one in our party to check in so I didn't know there was a map that indicated so. It was an honest mistake on my part, but they not at all kind or understanding about it. 3. At check-in, we were given free welcome-drink coupons for the lounge. We handed them to the lounge staff when they seated us. Had the drinks, sat around for a while. There was no staff around for a long time so when we got up to leave, we were surprised when a staff member came after my husband in the lobby and demanded we pay. We were honestly confused because we had given them the drink coupons and we ordered from their free drink menu. When we explained we used the coupons, she didn't apologize for her oversight despite embarassing our family in the lobby.

Definitely a must try. Tons of amenities like driving range, tennis courts, putting golf, badminton courts, bowling and great for small children.
