外国人の友人を含め、4名で宿泊させていただきました。お部屋は程よい大きさで、３部屋に区分されていましたので、プライバシーも守られ満足でした。 ただお部屋のベッドルームと入口の電気が切れていたのが残念でした。すぐに対応はしてくださいましたが、事前に確認しておいてほしかったです。 お料理は夜も朝も程よい量で、美味しくいただきました。 また機会があれば宿泊したいと思いました。

お高めな旅館です。

還暦祝いで仲間と来ました。半露天風呂が温泉だと思っていたら、大浴場だけ温泉でした。お値段は、安くないので、ちょっとがっかりしましたが、大浴場は、良いと思います。８階は、男女入替えで2階は、男性、女性用とあります。夕方５時から一時間だけ生ビールの無料サービスや、コーヒーや紅茶はいつでも飲めますが、食後のデザートサービス等は、良かったです。　今は、改修工事中で、残念でしたが、旅館のお気遣いは、ありました。 　リピーターは、多いようです。

風情があります。

非常に良い旅館でした。 特に屋上の露天風呂は最高‼️ 2間有る最高級お部屋の追加人分として予約しましたが、割引が効いたお部屋の方が新しかったです 食事も大変美味しく、ロビーでは時間帯ごとに様々なサービス有り、特に17時〜18時の湯上がりビール🍺は最高でした。また行きたいです。 　ただ、外観がちょっと残念。「えー！」と思ったほどです。

温泉自体はよかったです。

宿に到着してから部屋に通されるまで結構待ちました。また、布団が硬くて眠れませんでした。ベッドの部屋にしたらまた違うのでしょうか。露天風呂付の部屋で、露天風呂はよかったですが、ほかの部屋の設備は取り立ててよいところはないように思いました。

まあまあ、かな

屋上の展望露天風呂はすごく良かった。ただし男女入れ替え制で、女性の入れる時間は夜間早朝のみだった。食事は普通です。悪くないが普通。コスパはやや微妙。

It was an amazing and great experience. We planned to come here half way through our trip to relax on our honeymoon. The staff was friendly and a good amount knew English. They were very accommodating. My husband has size 11 feet so they got him bigger house shoes. The Onsen view was amazing. For a women go up early in the morning as the sun is rising and it is an amazing view. The food was not only stunning but tasted devine! It was a great place to relax for a few days before we headed into Tokyo. It was truly a wonderful experience and I highly recommend coming here.

不愉快極まりない宿

・到着時、車から降りて2F迄案内されたあと、部屋に案内されるのを待つ４組のお客さんがいらして、何のもてなしもなく只々約15分も待たされた。 ・決められた時間に食事会場に行き、朝食を頂いたのですが、仲居さんは、こちらが食べている中、空いたお皿を何も言わず、どんどん片付けてしまう。こんな旅館は初めてです。全体として若い仲居さんばかりであったが、教育がされておらず、2名で1泊11万円の高級旅館に値しない。全くお勧め出来ません。

요리료칸 다른 것은 글쎄요? 어쨌든 잘 쉬다왔습니다.

밥이 상당히 늦게 나옵니다 인내심 탑재하고 가세요. 저녁식사하러갔더니 기다리는것 포함 2시간동안 식사했네요. 사실 료칸이 처음이라 원래 이런줄 알고 편안히 앉아서 얘기나누고 있었는데, 허리가 아파서 일어날 수밖에 없었습니다. 나오려니까 디저트를 가져다주겠다고 다시 앉으라고해서 디저트까지 먹고 나왔습니다. 맛있었어요. 프랑스에서도 이렇게 오래앉아있어본적이 없었는데 신박한 경험이었습니다. 저녁에는 12반, 아침에는 7반으로 음식은 아름답고 다양하게 나옵니다. 일손부족으로 빠른 서비스는 없지만 일단은 친절합니다. 다만, 영어가 전혀 통하지않아 기본적인 숙박시설 안내가 어려우니 일본어가 어려운 분들은 저처럼 고생하지마시고 영어 통하는 하코네가세요. 방 크기는 굴러다녀도 좋을만큼 크지만, 난방이 수동조절이라 자다가 일어나서 불을 낮춰야하는 번거로움이 있습니다. 참, 여기에 게시된 호텔 사진들과 구글에서 확인할 수 있는 사진들 일부는 현재 없는 것이 많습니다. 1. 식사는 7층 식당에서 먹고, 방으로 가져다주지 않습니다. 2, 발코니 전용욕조가 사라진 대신, 방 안쪽에 5공시대 고문실같은 시커먼 욕실하나가 딸려있습니다. 저는 매화방으로 예약했는데, 전용욕조를 기대하고 갔지만 한번도 사용하지 않았습니다. 3. 메인사진에 있는 노천탕은 숙박빌딩과는 다른 빌딩 옥상에 있습니다. 대욕탕말고 2층이었나? 처음 체크인할때 앉는 소파있는 곳 옆 연결통로를 통해 가실 수 있고, 여자입실 시간과 남자입실시간이 다릅니다. 4. 이곳에서 하코네로 가려면 산을 타야하는데, 택시기사와 흥정결과 10만원에 다녀올 수 있으니 참고하세요.

基本的な設備に関しては満足。 部屋食をお願いしたが、都度都度仲居さんの出入りが必要で余り落ち着いて食事が出来なかった。

Authentic Deception

This hotel had a very rustic(musty) experience. Unfortunately with our sons allergies and the staffs inability to understand that we requested to leave after only being there a few hours.I spoke with the manager(translator) that evening after dinner at which point I was led to believe that they would refund the second night. They checked us out first thing in the morning and we moved to another hotel. This was all seamless except for the fact that they did not refund the second night. When confronted by Hotels.com the hotel denied that we even checked out. This hotel is up a mountain in the middle of nowhere and in order to leave they need to call you a ride to the train station. They even packed our bags in the car for us. Checking in and leaving were the best part of the service. The staff were in tears over our experience and were very concerned for our child's safety. Management on the other hand was more concerned with getting us out and turning the room around. This hotel is not cheap and i am out over $900CAD. Do not stay here.

ほぼ満足です

古くてもきちんとメンテナンスしてあり、お料理やお風呂等はとてもよかったです。 お出迎えやお見送りは良かったのですが、お部屋の担当の方のお話に納得できない点がありました。 他の部屋の担当もしているので忙しいため、布団を上げる時間は○時にして欲しいなどというのはそちら側の都合で宿泊客には関係のないことではないかと思います。 ホテルとしてはまた伺いたいと思うところでした。
