"Room had everything we needed and was a perfect spot to stop and refresh ourselves after Tokyo. There were lots of thoughtful touches and amenities, the hot spring was perfect and the Fuji views were incredible. Lots of nice goodies in the fridge too and a good location to explore the Hakone area."

"Loved the room, great for families and kitchen well equipped. The onsen and sauna were a great addition to the stay.
Would recommend that you bring food supplies as only one place near the station to get food."

"The bottom floor with the sauna, onsen and showers was incredible. There was a staff only door which was a little concerning near the bedrooms (which do not have a lock) but my group did not have any issues during our stay. The check in was a little troubling, we get there at night."

"Gorgeous room, but not a tattoo friendly onsen. Luckily the tub was big and deep. Not a lot of restaurants or shops around but its a good location away from the crowds and easy access to the ropeways. "
