"Wonderful hotel. My daughter forgot her pillow in her room. An hour after checkout I received a phone call informing me that she forgot it and that it would be waiting for us at the front desk."

"My only complaint was I was told I could request a late check out in the morning. Nobody told me only 1 room in a section could get a late checkout. So by 8am they told me I could not get one as the late check out was taken. Had I know this I would have phoned the reception early. "
