「The Princess Royale was a very nice hotel that had a great resort feel. They offer an oceanfront café and bar with good live music daily. There is a coffee shop serving Starbucks coffee, and a full-service breakfast restaurant, along with a large indoor pool and fitness area. The hotel is exceptionally clean and well cared for, which is the most important. 「The stay was disappointing. There weren't even enough towels in the bathroom, and when I asked for more, they only provided two. The entire weekend was a disaster, and the service was terrible. The elevator wait was so long that it limited many activities during the day. The air conditioning only worked properly in the lobby and the first floor; the rest of the hotel was hot. "Resort" is a very broad term for the poor service they provide.」

They could have a better selection for the free breakfast. They do need to maintain the properties a little better. For the price, just the bed quality and proximity to beach makes me super happy!」

「We loved our stay at Fenwick Shores. It’s a nice quiet hotel and is within minutes of Ocean City. I felt extremely safe because you have to use your keycard to even use the elevators. Parking is on site, all the staff was friendly, and the room was clean! The ONLY complaint & it’s a really dumb one was the wifi was weak & phone service is bad. I think because I have kids & my grandmother is extremely sick it irritated me. Other than that we had an amazing time & will be back soon.」

「It was good what we needed it for. However, $10 a day for parking is absurd for what we paid for. Rooms were musky, pillows uncomfy. They advertise free breakfast but you actually only get a voucher to the Italian restaurant that is VERY SLOW. They advertise kids eat for free, but it’s only with certain meals. Only 2 kids, and you have to remind them and check the bill. Kids enjoyed. Had fun in the pool and swim up bar. Loved the flavored water in lobby every day.」
