「Enjoyed my stay, staff was really nice! Heidi and Nicole at the front desk were so kind and I was interested in what the IHG rewards program details were and I appreciated how they explained it to me. Overall great stay. My criticism would only be that this property has great bones but I think they miss a big opportunity by not putting some more capital investment to update some things and generally make it more attractive. 「On arrival the front desk staff greeted warmly and very professionally. This is a complete departure from our last visit. Everything was very clean and well organized (and decorated for Halloween, so cute!). Our room was very clean as well. I like when I enter a hotel room and it smells fresh and of cleaning products. We had our doubts because it of how our previous stay went, but I’m glad we decided to give this place another shot. 」

「Room was quiet & clean. Most frustrating part of our overnight stay was the TV reception. It literally blinked ‘off’ for several minutes at a time. There was no way to watch without loosing connection about every 5 minutes.」
