「The person at the front desk was bothered each time we asked for something. The floors in the room were filthy. The oven and stovetop were rusted and disgusting and could not be used. On the last day we were there, we found roaches crawling throughout the room. We have stayed at this hotel several times over the years, and it has always been clean and well-kept with friendly, helpful staff. Will probably not book another reservation here.」

「The hotel rooms were much smaller, then I had anticipated. We were a family of 4 traveling and we were stepping on top of each other the whole week. The bathroom was very small. You had to basically step into the shower to close the bathroom door. The shower lip was very small, so no matter how closed you put the curtain, you always got water on the floor so you had to constantly keep a towel there so it didn't flood. they advertised that it was newly remodeled but it did not look that way. 「We instantly noticed their beautiful cat, Mumu, when we checked in. It was nice to feel so welcomed as not all "pet friendly" places are friendly to cats as well as dogs. Christina could not have been nicer! When she realized we had 2 cats, she switched our room to the first floor to make it easier for us to settle in. 「For the price and location, this is someplace I have returned to several times. the outdoor gazebo is a favorite spot when there is a breeze to sit for the afternoon or to watch the sun set. The rooms have plenty of space and the fridge, sink and microwave are convienent for longer stays. Each room is different in set up and decor, with varied views and balconies. Last stay had the first floor room at the pool. That wasn't great for privacy or quiet. Not sure how you can reserve or request...

「We got a 2 bedroom villa and it was very spacious. Check in was smooth and timely. Villa was clean and orderly. Everything we needed was already available kitchen wise(excluding food of course). The only issue we had was the build up in the coffee maker. You could tell it hadn’t been cleaned in a while but this was easily fixed with some vinegar and hot water cycles.
