"7 day stay for work/family trip. Hotel in great location for Lyft, train (red line Chicago) or walking (25 minutes to loop). Hotel staff all friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. Overnight parking across the street. The free daily breakfast was marginally good, coffee was decent. The "menu" breakfast is probably delicious as the dinner was wonderful. Our room was spacious, the bed very comfy, the bathroom clean. I appreciated that it was quiet during the day & the WiFi was decent as I worked from the room. "

"Beautiful hotel. Great location. Attentive and courteous staff. Hotel bar was nice and energetic but not over the top. Good munchies at the bar. Director of Guest Services, Tim Muhsen was very attentive and helpful. Will definitely stay with Fairmont again"

"Luved the Old school design and vibe - so hard to find that these days as all is new construction and can’t even have access to anything outside- this was such the opposite and such a Gem! Bar and Rest. Was Great Food and Service ! Booked to be close to airport for an early AM flight. This hit all the wants. Luved being able to sit outside on the patio by the pool watching the planes fly out and the great Flowers blooming was a bonus. Check in was professional and informative. Gym was great and equipment A+. This will be the first choice for any more ORD stopovers. Great Job Guys!! "

"The Rosemont Theater is right across the street. Mall and shopping within walking distance. Shuttle from and to airport. Hassle free.The frontdesk and staff were great, extremely nice and helpful."
