「Great location,very close to train and tube stations. Staff is helpful, especially manager Barbara - helping me to upgrade from single room to twin room for several days during my two-week stay. Can walk to Buckingham Palace, St James Park, Hyde Park within 10-15 minutes. Quite a lot of restaurants and shops including M&S. Would definitely stay again. 」

「I have stayed in many mid tier hotels in central London. My stay at Brit hotel was a nice room, quiet, and well kept. Staff is very helpful. Room was spotless. Shower worked (yes, you'd think it would be a given, but many central London hotels seem to be full of leaking showers). Room was quiet, not much room-next-door noise.. 「酒店位置不错，就在海德公园旁边，附近有2个地铁站。订的双床房，房间很小，刚入住插电时保险丝烧坏，房间没电了，也修不好，给我们临时换了大床房，结果连住几天也没有服务员给我们换回双床房（请改进）。酒店没有冷空调，被子还很厚，走廊都比房间凉快，睡觉一身汗太难受。」
