「Very nice restaurant and bar on the grounds.」

「Warn, Clean and comfortable. Room was spacious and equipped with a fridge and coffee maker. Staff were very friendly and helpful.... a pleasure to talk to. Restaurant was warn and inviting....especially with the log burners. Although a few more vegetarian options on the menu would have been great.」

「在這個15世紀的建築內，電梯非常的復古只能坐兩個人還蠻特殊的，房間內的設施也還不錯，很有自己的味道，餐廳的服務生以及環境都非常好，裡面是英式早餐的自助餐。 飯店外面就直接是大街上，可以去走走逛逛，旁邊呢還有兩個汽車的銷售中心，一個是法拉利一個是瑪莎拉蒂，可以看到很多很棒的車，又可以到新森林公園裡頭去走走。」

「The location is not good, far away from the city center. The room is not very clean. The staff will not let you feel welcome. The car park is not on site the hotel, need to walk to the public car parking , walk 5-7 mins. I will not stay at this hotel again. 」

Knocked 1 star off service not because there was anything wrong but just seems odd to say it was excellent when my only interaction consisted if being issued with a key. Staff were polite and friendly for this short interaction 」
