This place was good and served our purposes well. It was clean and seemed well run. The breakfast, a buffet, was very good. Plenty to eat. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Our main complaint was that the elevator was broken meaning we had to carry two large suitcases and two carry-ons up and down the stairs.

Overall the property was clean and tidy , Checking in was very good and staff member was polite and informative.Room was ok nothing special but too hot to sleep no fan in the room .The bar is so expensive and the blond women behind the bar is very spiky, why do you not put prices of drinks on your menu , I found out when I ordered a bottle of wine over £30 ! For a very average Chardonnay, so all in all the hotel is over priced and I certainly would not return to this venue

This is not a hotel, but a motel. Staffed by very young people. There is no air conditioning in rooms, they don't accept cash, and food very limited. One small elevator. Area surrounded by storage facilities and industrial buildings. Poor location.

Impressive Customer Service

Stay was very comfortable, staff were extremely helpful and very friendly, nothing was too much trouble for anyone we spoke to. The Team there are a credit to the Hotel. Would recommend to Family and Friends and would definitely stay there again, if the situation ever arose.
