Certainly no 5-star resort but the room was decently clean, a/c was loud but worked very well, & the overnight stay was quiet & uneventful, although the room did vibrate when the train passes by (quietly though: felt kind of like an earthquake but no noise). The lady at the front desk was also nice & helpful—I accidentally booked the wrong room type but she switched us for no additional charge. 「Our family passed by here on a trip from California to Indiana. The attitude of their staff was very good, but I had a very bad experience with the hotel. Their quilt and mattress were damp, and it felt like they were taken out of the washing machine and put on the bed without drying. It was very uncomfortable. The corner of their table was broken, but they did not do any protection or replacement, which caused my five-year-old daughter to scratch her back directly. All kinds of experiences were...

「The bed and pillows were comfortable and though we had a room with 2 dbl beds, rather than a single queen, there was more than sufficient room for 2 people. It may have been a little crowded with 4 people, but if they were children, it would work. It was nice having both a microwave and small refrigerator, although only the refrigerator was used.
