"The location was in the middle of town. Access left and right to food, store, and freeway. The Route 66 look was awesome. The room was comfortable and large. We had a suite which were 2 adjoining rooms with 1 King and 2 beds in the other. The family was very happy. The room had a record player which for kids that don't know what that is or a pay phone, were talking points and likeness. The actual key to a room took us back years from the normal key card which was cool."

"Ah, a throwback to simpler, nicer times. This hotel is one of those places that was no doubt abuzz with activity back in the Route 66 heydays. Now it's unfortunately bypassed and pretty quiet, much like the Route is. That said, it's a gem amongst stones. The room was spacious, quiet, and comfortable. The owners were friendly and welcoming. Yes, the decor wasn't up-to-the-minute and there was some wear showing on the building. But, it was very clean and everything worked fine. I made an extra effort to also stay here a second time on my return trip. Why stay in an ugly utilitarian box chain motel down the road for more money? Just stay here and support local businesses and families. This is a nicer hotel, has a nice local owner, and is a bargain compared to the corporate boxes. You won't regret it. Cheers!"

"Overnight here as I am traveling I-40 California to nashville- quiet, super clean room, easy check in. Tons of channels on their cable, including hbo and movie channels. Giant parking lot in back and all around hotel. "
